Russell Township's large-item pickup, and where we fit in
Russell Township's curbside Large Item Collection takes one item per household (or one box under 100 lb), set out by 7 a.m. on the Monday of a scheduled collection week, and the truck only passes once.
It doesn't take electronics, construction and renovation materials, rolls of carpet, tires or car parts, and anything with refrigerant has to be emptied and tagged by a certified technician first.
For anything beyond that one item, or for renovation debris and full cleanouts, we'll load it and haul it away on a day that suits you.
